With the Danish passport ranked among the world's strongest,

Over the years, she has guided establishments within the industry,

from grand openings and complete overhauls to facelifts and defining culinary identities.

 

In addition to her education within entertainment, she undertook studies in photography, screenwriting and design before becoming a chef,

and in 2022 obtained an international business diploma at academy level, specializing in sales and marketing.

 

Beyond culinary transformations, her expertise extends to

content creation, sales strategy, branding, food styling, and photography.

This encompasses skills tailored for industry professionals - created and delivered by an industry professional.

 

Her clientele spans various sectors and parts of the industry, including fusion, grill, classics, mediterranean, and esteemed landmark restaurants and bars. Depending on each client's unique vision, her services have

led to a revitalization of their culinary offerings, garnering recognition and positive press reviews.

 

Chef Gilling Andersen also has experience in co-authoring,

recipe development, and tutoring, catering to a diverse range of audiences beyond the industry. This includes cookbooks, beverage pairing guides, menus for upscale events, recipes for magazines, and culinary workshops for large-scale public operations and seminars.

 

She is primarily known and recognized as an Executive Chef and for the work under her own name. However, also driven by a desire to contribute to the overall improvement of craftsmanship, leadership, and quality of products in the culinary industry.
